Mitra Planner
What's included
Switch between a grid view — table cards with full guest lists — and a floor plan view, a spatial canvas where you position tables in the actual room. Both update from the same data. Round, square, and rectangular tables supported.
Unassigned guests appear in a panel on the left. Drag them into any table to assign a seat. Within a table, reorder guests by dragging individual rows. The live seated count at the top updates as you work.
Dietary restrictions pulled from the guest list appear as tags next to each guest's name in the grid view. Each table card also shows a summary of all restrictions at that table — so your service team sees exactly what each table needs.
Each event throughout all days in the wedding has its own independent seating layout, with a guest list that respects your per-event invites. Switch between events from a dropdown. Seating for one event never affects another.

How it works
Set up tables
Add tables by name, shape (round, square, rectangular), and capacity (2–12 seats). The unassigned guest panel updates automatically as you seat people.
Assign and arrange
Drag guests from the unassigned panel into any table. Switch to floor plan to position tables in the room — the canvas shows real-world room dimensions in meters, and you can add other relevant items from your floor plan for reference (stage, buffet tables, bars, etc).
Collaborate with your decorator
Share the floor plan directly with your decorator. They get edit access — they can reposition tables, adjust the room layout, and leave comments without needing a planner account.
Export for the team
Export the grid view as a PDF for service teams. Print the floor plan directly for venue staff. Dietary summaries are included in both formats.

FAQ
Yes. Mitra has two seating views: a grid view (table cards with full guest lists) and a floor plan view (a spatial canvas where you position tables in the actual room). The floor plan shows real-world room dimensions in meters and supports zoom. Both views update from the same seating data.
Dietary restrictions are shown inline per guest in the grid view and as indicator dots in the floor plan. Each table card also shows a summary line of all dietary restrictions present at that table — so your service team can see at a glance what each table needs without looking up individual guests.
